Piano masterclasses, practice, and
performance in the West Highlands

PIANO WORKSHOP AT TIGH NA BREAC

Following the successful five-night piano workshop in 2022, Diane Baxter and Annie Hind are offering two courses in 2023. Eight intermediate to advanced participants can experience a unique piano retreat

over four days of workshops and lessons, culminating in a Participants Concert on the Sunday evening.

The dates this year are 11th - 16th October and 18th - 23rd October. Arrive at Tigh na Breac on the Wednesday afternoon, enjoy a recital by Diane that evening, followed by a welcome dinner. Our Pianists will enjoy group and individual lessons over the next four days, followed by our Concert on Sunday evening.

Guests leave on the Monday morning after breakfast, inspired and refreshed!

Designed with creativity, beauty and camaraderie as the backdrop, this inspiring workshop will promote the development of piano performance.  Incorporating teaching and performing with tools for reducing anxiety,

we will provide a personalized experience for each player.

ABOUT THE WORKSHOPS

This year our courses will be held on:
11th - 16th October 2023
18th - 23rd October 2023.

Come to Tigh na Breac in the historic village of Bonawe, near Oban, Argyll, on the north shore of Loch Etive.

Enjoy the landscape of the Scottish Highlands from what has been described as "the most luxurious and spacious wildlife and bird-watching hide." The house party format of the weekend means you won't have to worry about meals or refreshments.

The stunning scenery, spacious and light surroundings, home cooked meals and company of fellow pianophiles, will leave you inspired and refreshed.
